  • The Molly Men visited school on Monday 13th January to keep the 500-year-old custom of Plough Monday - the ancient East Anglian folk tradition - alive.

    The ritual celebrates the start of the English agricultural year. The Molly Men demonstrated dances and the children and staff were invited to take part. It was a great deal of fun for all and helps to develop the children's interest in folklore and local traditions.
